1. Setup Fee Refunds
You may request a full refund of your one-time setup fee within 14 days of the payment date. After the 14-day window, setup fees are non-refundable.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day period from your initial setup fee payment. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email us at support@tradeopsai.com with your account email, payment date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
