Terms of Service

TradeOps AI provides an AI-powered software-as-a-service platform for B2B order processing. Our service includes purchase order upload, AI-assisted data extraction, catalog matching, order review, and CSV export functionality.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Ensure you have the right to upload and process order data submitted to the platform
• Review AI-extracted data before exporting or using it in downstream systems
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

TradeOps AI operates on a subscription model that includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription based on your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.

Setup fees cover initial account configuration and onboarding. Monthly subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis according to your plan tier and included order volume. Usage beyond your plan limits may incur additional charges as described on our pricing page.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Setup fee refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

TradeOps AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeOps AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TradeOps AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
